Cervera oil is a superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and only by non-chemical mechanical procedures; which means that it can be consumed as it is obtained.
It has a degree of acidity of less than 0.8 and a peroxide index of less than 20. It is obtained with the juice of the green olive variety such as the Arbequina, Picual, Hojiblanca, Cornicabra and Blanqueta.
It is a 100% natural oil with highlights of fruity, very aromatic and highly complex attributes.
